Orders shipped to Norway, Mexico, South Korea, Chile, Japan and Israel may be subject to customs clearance. The recipient is responsible for clearing the parcel through customs, for providing any required tax ID or import information, and for paying all import duties, taxes and clearance fees. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in the order total and are not refundable by us.
Carriers contact the recipient directly when documents or payment are needed. Parcels that are not cleared within the carrier’s deadline are returned or disposed of under the carrier’s terms, and we cannot be held responsible for the outcome.
